Websites for accounting & professional services firms

A website for firms with partners, not sole practitioners chasing search traffic.

FirmWebStudio builds and manages websites for accounting and professional services firms: one page for every practice area, one for every partner, live in 7 days, from $137 a month.

Your practice groups, mapped onto the site before we build a single page

A firm's website should mirror the way the firm is actually organized. Before onboarding starts, every practice area the firm lists gets mapped onto its own page, its own partner attribution, and its own inquiry route, the way this grid maps a representative set below.

This is an illustrative practice grid. Your firm's actual practice areas, partners and pages are set from your onboarding form.

What usually goes wrong on a firm's current site

None of these are unusual. They are the five most common reasons a firm's website fails to earn the referrals the firm's reputation should already be bringing in.

Every practice area is squeezed into one paragraph

A prospective client cannot tell if the firm handles their specific need, and neither can a search engine, so both move on.

Partner bios are an afterthought

The bio page is often the last thing someone reads before calling, and a thin one-line bio reads as a firm that has not updated its site in years.

A partner leaves and the site still lists them

Nobody at the firm has the login or the time to fix it, so an outdated fact sits on the homepage until the next full redesign.

Inquiries land with no context

A generic contact form gives the partner who picks it up nothing to go on, so the first reply is a guess rather than a specific answer.

The site is slow on the phone a referral is holding

A referral clicking through from an email will not wait for a page to load, and a slow site loses that referral before it finishes reading a single bio.

What we solve

The problemOne paragraph trying to describe every practice area

The fixA firm's services get split into a dedicated page per practice area, written from what the firm actually does, each one able to rank and read on its own.

The problemThin, outdated partner bios

The fixA consistent bio page for every partner, built for credibility, updated the moment a title, focus area or credential changes.

The problemA site frozen at launch

The fixWeekly updates included in every plan, so a new partner, a new service or an office change is a revision, not a wait for the next redesign.

The problemInquiries with no context

The fixAn inquiry form that asks the type of engagement before it ever reaches an inbox, so the first reply already has something to work with.

Before and after

The same six things, on most firm sites we take over, and on the ones we build.

  • Practice areas
Before:Listed in one sentence on the homepage, with no page behind any of them. After:Each practice area has its own page, written from what the firm actually does.
  • Partner bios
Before:A single paragraph on a shared "our team" page. After:A consistent, credibility-first page for every partner and senior staff member.
  • Office locations
Before:Every address listed together in a footer block. After:A dedicated page per office, built for searches run in that city.
  • Updates
Before:The site has not changed since it launched, years ago. After:Weekly updates keep partners, services and hours current, as revisions.
  • Inquiries
Before:A generic contact form gives no context to whoever answers it.After:A form that asks the engagement type, so the first reply already has direction.
  • Speed
Before:The site takes several seconds to open on a phone.After:90+ PageSpeed guaranteed, checked at launch and every week after.

"The site should read the way the firm already sounds in the room, not the way a template sounds."

The starting principle behind every build.

More referrals convert into calls

A referral who lands on a page built for exactly the service they were told about is more likely to reach out than one dropped on a generic homepage.

Every office can be found on its own

A multi-office firm stops relying on its best-known location to carry the others; each office competes for its own city's searches.

The site stays current without a project

A partner change, a new service or an updated set of hours is a revision completed in days, not a wait for the next full redesign.

What is included

A page for every practice area and office

Built from the firm's actual structure, not a generic template.

The engagement inquiry form

Asks the engagement type before it ever reaches an inbox.

One domain, free

Registered in the firm's name for as long as the plan runs.

Cloudflare hosting

SSL, CDN, DDoS protection, unmetered bandwidth, nothing itemised.

CRM-connected inquiries

By direct API, Zapier or Make, the day they are submitted.

Weekly management

Updates, security and uptime, handled without a login.

90+ PageSpeed

Custom-coded pages, guaranteed and checked every week.

Fast on day one. Findable over the months after.

A firm site earns referrals two ways: by opening instantly for the person who already has a link, and by being findable for the person who does not yet know the firm's name. Both are built in, not bolted on after launch.

90+Google PageSpeed, guaranteed on every plan, checked weekly.
3 to 5 monthsTypical window for search visibility to build, once practice area pages and articles are live.

How it works

01

First monthly invoice

This starts the plan. The one-time build fee is not charged at this point.

02

Onboarding call

One call to walk through practice areas, partners, offices and brand, and fill any gaps in the form.

03

We build

The site is built to the practice grid agreed in onboarding, live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on plan.

04

Build fee after launch

The one-time build fee is invoiced only once the firm has reviewed and approved the live site.

What clients tell us

"The new site finally separates our practice areas the way we actually run them. A prospective client reading the audit page never has to wonder if we also do that work."
Managing partner, multi-partner CPA firmMoved from a single-page brochure site
"Adding our newest partner used to mean waiting for whoever built the old site to have time. Now it is a request in the portal and it is simply done."
Office administrator, three-partner firmPreviously self-managed on a page builder
"Referral partners finally have a page to point people to. Before, everyone landed on the same generic homepage no matter what they were looking for."

Frequently asked

The questions firms ask most before signing up. The full list, grouped by topic, is on the FAQ page.

What exactly do we get for the monthly fee?

A custom-coded website built for the firm's practice areas, partners and offices, managed by us for as long as the plan is active. That includes hosting, a domain, weekly updates, the revisions included in the plan, and researched articles published on a fixed schedule. Nothing is itemised separately; the monthly figure is the whole running cost of the site.

How long until the site is live?

7 days on Practice, 10 on Partnership while the AI Engine is trained on the firm's own content, and 15 on Multi-Partner with the Content Engine set up alongside it. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the site is live.

Is this an accounting service or a website service?

A website service only. We build and manage the firm's website; we are not a CPA firm, accounting firm, or provider of accounting, tax, audit or assurance services, and nothing on the site or written by us is professional advice. The firm's practice stays entirely with the firm.

What happens to the three plans as the firm grows?

Moving from Practice to Partnership or Multi-Partner is a plan change, not a rebuild. The site, pages and history carry over; the new tier's features (the AI Engine, or the AI Engine plus the Content Engine) are added on top of what already exists.

What counts as a revision?

Any change request submitted through the client portal, with no limit on how much goes into one. A new partner bio, an updated practice area description, a new office page, a colour change: each is one revision. So is something larger. "Add pages for two new partners, here is their information" is one revision, not two. 5 are included every month.

What happens after the included revisions are used?

Each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many can be purchased and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision, whatever its size, is completed within 2 to 5 working days. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.
