Features

Everything included in a FirmWebStudio website

Every feature of a FirmWebStudio website for accounting and professional services firms, and which of the three plans carries it.

Pages that open before someone clicks away

Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on every plan.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

Why speed comes before anything else

A referral who clicks through from an email and waits for a page to load is a referral who closes the tab before reading a single bio. Every page on the site is custom coded, ships almost no JavaScript, and is served from Cloudflare's global edge, so the site is fast the day it launches rather than after someone eventually audits it. We guarantee 90+ PageSpeed on every plan, checked at launch and again with every weekly update, not measured once and left to drift.

What this replaces

Most firm sites run on a page builder or a template theme carrying plugins nobody remembers installing. Each plugin is another script the browser has to fetch before the page becomes usable, and on a phone in a parking lot outside a client meeting, that difference is the difference between a page that opens and one that does not. A custom-coded page has no plugin stack to slow down or go out of date.

A page for every practice area

Tax, audit, advisory, bookkeeping: each service line gets its own page built to be found and read.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

One page per service line, not one paragraph per service

A firm that lists "Tax, Audit, Advisory, Bookkeeping" in a single sentence on the homepage gives a search engine nothing to rank and a prospective client nothing to read before they call. Each practice area gets its own page: what the service covers, who it is typically for, how engagements usually start, and the partners or staff who lead it. That is also the structure that lets each service compete on its own for the searches a prospective client actually runs.

Written from what the practice actually does

The pages are written from the answers the firm gives in onboarding, not from a generic template with the service name swapped in. A page about assurance work reads differently from a page about outsourced controller services because the underlying engagement is different, and a page that reads like every other firm's page earns neither the client's attention nor the search ranking.

Partner and staff bio pages built for credibility

Structured bios that read as senior: background, focus areas, credentials as stated by the firm.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

A bio page is often the last page before the call

Someone considering a firm for the first time will often read the partner bio before they pick up the phone. The page is built to answer what they are actually checking for: background, focus area, how long the person has been with the firm, and any credential the firm tells us to list. We never invent a credential, a certification or a number of years; every fact on a bio page comes from what the firm provides in onboarding or a revision request.

One template, every partner looking distinct

Bio pages share a single, consistent layout so the site reads as one firm rather than a set of mismatched pages bolted together, while the actual content, photo and focus area for each person keeps every page distinct. Adding a new partner or updating a bio after a promotion is one revision, turned around within the plan's revision window.

A page for every office

Multi-office firms get a page per location, built for the searches run in that city.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

Why one office page beats one shared address block

A firm with two or three offices that lists all of them in a footer address block gives none of those offices a page that can rank for searches run in that city. Each office gets its own page: the address, the partners based there, the practice areas served from that location, and directions, so someone searching for a firm in that specific city finds a page built for that search rather than a generic homepage.

Built to grow with the firm

Opening a new office or closing one is a revision, not a redesign. The office page structure is built once and reused, so adding the fourth location follows the same pattern as the first three and stays consistent with how the rest of the site reads.

An inquiry form built for how engagements actually start

A short form that asks what type of engagement a prospective client needs, then routes it into the CRM.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

A generic contact form loses the context a firm needs

A plain "name, email, message" box forces the partner who picks up the inquiry to guess what the person actually needs before replying. The inquiry form instead asks for the type of engagement (tax, audit, advisory, bookkeeping or a category the firm defines), the entity type where relevant, and a short description, so whoever answers the enquiry already has the context to respond specifically rather than with a generic "thanks for reaching out."

Delivered wherever the firm already works

Every enquiry is delivered into the firm's CRM or inbox by direct API, Zapier or Make, the same day it is submitted. Nothing sits in a form plugin's dashboard waiting to be checked; it lands where the team already works.

Weekly updates, not a site frozen at launch

Partner changes, new services, updated hours: handled every week, not left for the next redesign.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

A firm site changes more than people expect

A partner is promoted, a new service line launches, an office moves, a set of hours changes for a holiday. On most firm sites, small changes like these wait for the next redesign because nobody has the time or the login credentials to make them. On this plan, changes like these are simply revisions, requested from the client portal and completed within the plan's turnaround window, so the site reflects the firm as it actually is this month.

No revision is too small to bother with

Updating a phone number, correcting a title, or swapping a photo is treated exactly the same as building a new page: submit it in the portal, and it is done within the turnaround window included in the plan, with no extra charge inside the monthly revision allowance.

Researched articles, published on a schedule

Practice-relevant articles written and published every week, without the firm writing a word.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

Content that keeps the site current in search

A site that has not published anything since launch gives a search engine no reason to crawl it again and gives a returning visitor no reason to come back. Every plan includes researched articles relevant to the firm's practice areas, written to answer real questions a prospective client would search, published on the site's own blog on a fixed weekly schedule.

The firm reviews, we do the writing

Articles are drafted from the firm's practice areas and reviewed before publishing if the firm wants that step; nothing is published as advice attributed to a named professional at the firm unless the firm asks for that byline and reviews the piece. We are not accountants and do not represent the content as tax, accounting or audit advice.

Hosting, security and uptime, handled

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, nothing itemised.

Available on:PracticePartnershipMulti-Partner

One monthly fee, no infrastructure invoices

The site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, a content delivery network, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included in the monthly fee. There is no separate hosting bill, no SSL renewal to remember, no bandwidth overage charge, and nothing itemised as an add-on later.

Nobody at the firm needs to log in to fix anything

Server updates, security patches and uptime monitoring are handled on our side. If something needs attention, it is caught and corrected before it becomes a client-facing problem, not reported by a client who could not load the site.

The AI Engine: answers routine questions after hours

An AI receptionist and site chat that handle routine questions when the office is closed.

Available on:PartnershipMulti-Partner

Most inquiries arrive outside office hours

A prospective client researching firms at 9pm does not wait until 9am to ask a question; they either find an answer or move to the next firm's site. The AI Engine adds an AI receptionist and site chat that handle routine questions (office hours, what a service covers, how to book a call) at any hour, along with SMS, Messenger and Instagram AI, a call-analysis PDF after each answered call, and A2P 10DLC registration filed on the firm's behalf so text messaging is compliant from day one.

Routine questions handled, everything else routed to a person

The AI Engine is built to answer the questions it can answer accurately and route everything else, including anything that reads as a request for accounting, tax or audit advice, to a person at the firm. It never gives professional advice on the firm's behalf.

The Content Engine: more articles, plus social

Three researched articles a week, three social image posts a week, two reels, and a managed Google Business Profile.

Available on:Multi-Partner

Content across the channels clients actually check

On the top tier, the article schedule increases to three a week, and the plan adds three social image posts a week, two reels a week, and a fully managed Google Business Profile, so the firm's presence stays current everywhere a prospective client might look before calling, not only on the site itself.

Built for a firm growing its referral pipeline

This tier suits a firm actively expanding beyond word of mouth: more content, more channels, and a Google Business Profile that is checked and updated weekly rather than set up once and forgotten.

Feature questions

What do the researched articles actually cover?

Topics relevant to the firm's practice areas, written to answer questions a prospective client would search, at 2,500 to 3,200 words. Tiers Practice and Partnership include 2 a week; Multi-Partner includes 3 a week.

Are the articles attributed to a specific partner?

Only if the firm wants that. By default articles publish under the site's own editorial byline. If a firm wants an article attributed to a named partner, the firm reviews and approves the piece first, since we are not accountants and will not publish content as professional advice attributed to a named individual without their review.

Can the firm request specific article topics?

Yes. Topic requests are handled the same way as any other revision request, submitted through the client portal, and worked into the publishing schedule.

What does the AI Engine actually do?

It adds an AI receptionist and site chat that answer routine questions (office hours, what a service covers, how to book a call) at any hour, along with SMS, Messenger and Instagram AI, a call-analysis PDF after each answered call, and A2P 10DLC registration filed on the firm's behalf so text messaging is compliant from day one. It is included from Partnership up.

Can the AI Engine answer accounting or tax questions?

No. It is built to answer routine questions about the firm and the site, and to route anything that reads as a request for accounting, tax or audit advice to a person at the firm. It never gives professional advice on the firm's behalf.

What is the "plus AI usage" line on the middle tier?

Partnership is $297 a month plus the actual usage cost of running the AI systems, billed at what our providers charge, with no markup added on top. It is not a flat add-on fee.
